Uniting to Better Serve Perth and Huron Counties– A successful merger!
In 2009, Huron United Way approached Perth United Way to explore merger opportunities between both organizations. Perth was already offering administrative back office support to Huron, so this seemed like a positive next step. Six months of extensive negotiations, planning, and meetings between both organizations led to a successful merger agreement.
